Laura J. Beatty is a seasoned media executive with 18 years of strategic radio, video and digital programming experience in news and documentary. She’s a storyteller that produces content that builds audience and fosters engagement; An editorial leader with extensive experience in content strategy, concept ideation, directing, scriptwriting, talent development, audience development, negotiation, budgeting and editing. Her work has been broadcast nationally and internationally and published online by news outlets such as NPR, Reuters, The Washington Post, Al Jazeera English and Al Arabiya. Laura’s first feature documentary, “The Road to Sulha,” is a cinema vérité exploration of peace and reconciliation work between Israelis and Palestinians. She earned her Master’s degree in Broadcast Journalism from New York University and now lives in New York City.
