'I'm drowning': Shaq fakes drowning so kids can rescue him in Hawaii: WATCH

NBA superstar Shaquille O'Neal can add volunteer lifeguard trainer to his resume after he was captured on video faking a drowning in Hawaii so kids could rescue him.

O'Neal was in Poipu, Kauai at a resort when the footage was captured and then shared on TikTok, according to Storyful.

The 22-second clip was recorded by Jose Daniel Chavez and shared on TikTok, captioned "Shaq is such a cool guy."

The video shows Shaq surrounded by a group of kids, standing up in the water and slowly tumbling over until he disappears beneath the surface.

“I’m drowning,” the basketball player and analyst says as he sinks.

Together, the kids lift him out of the water and flip him onto his back and one of the kids yells “Come on, Shaq!”

In a follow-up clip, Shaq high-fives the kids for doing a good job reviving him.

"He was at the pool for probably 3 hours and stayed at the hotel for a week and a half," Chavez told Storyful.

Shaq was in Hawaii both to relax and perform as DJ Diesel in Honolulu, Storyful said.

While he is obviously known for his sports career, Shaq has also made headlines for his numerous hilarious moments on “Inside the NBA” on TNT.

Usually the 7-foot-1 NBA superstar tries his best not to burst into laughter, ultimately failing and sending the rest of the crew into a giggling fit.

In one clip, Charles Barkley says NBA player Zion Williamson is eating well and looks like his and Shaq’s lovechild, prompting Shaq to laugh and leave the table.

“What he look like?” Shaq asks, cracking up.
